Seize the Awkward

This lettering project was prompted by GoodType on Instagram. "Seize the awkward" means reaching out to people who may be struggling with a mental health issue. I know what it's like to suffer with mental health issues, and it's often a silent battle. It is an awkward subject to bring up, but it's something that we cannot be silent about. Seizetheawkward.org provides resources to help identify signs of mental illness and advice on how to approach the situation.
